HOW TO MAKE A HAIR SYSTEM TEMPLATE
Materials
- Head template replicator
- Heating film
- Heat gun
- A permanent marker
Process
1• Place the heating film into the head replicator and fix it firmly with a clamp
2• Set the heat gun to the highest speed and heat the film evenly. When the film is soft and transparent, it is ready
3• Cool the film for 30 seconds, then place it on the client's head to take the shape
4• Wait for the film to cool and take the shape, cut the extra film
5• Use the permanent marker to draw your hairline and the border of the hair loss area
6• Cut the excess
7• Mark "F" to indicate the front of the template.
8• Place it back on the client's head to make sure the curl and border are accurate
9• Ready to be sent to the factory
